"Can someone please tell me why a person would need an assault weapon in the city of Detroit?" Detroit Police Chief Ella Bully-Cummings said at a Wednesday news conference.--Detroit Free Press, April 16, 2004 (Note that this does not mean I condone carrying assault weapons in Detroit, I can just see why someone would.)
