I didn't mean for it to catch on!

About 10 days ago I linked to this news story about a 6-year-old child being tasered at school for threatening to harm himself. It seemed pretty crazy and unbelievable at the time.

That school now seems cool-headed and rational compared to this local story about a 14-year-old being tasered because he wouldn't stop playing his Game Boy.
