You aren't dumb and impatient, are you, dummy?
Dave Winer says of his brand-new baby,OPML 2.0 is easy to understand if you're intelligent, have common sense and are patient.And speak English. After all, if you don't speak English, then no one cares about you except Sam Ruby.
