And now, Deep Thoughts. By Jeff Czerniak.

If the rule is that "if you break it, you buy it", then what happens if I go into the store and ram my grocery cart against a six-pack of beer?

Jeff: Life's a bitch, then you die.
Jerry: Or marry one.

Andy Ihnatko made me want to have a web journal (aka weblog, or blog, in case it went over your head). Andy Ihnatko referred me to blogger.com. Bradford Graham reinforced the issue by making an ultracool web journal. I am addicted to his site because he is so damn witty, and I hope you visit his site too. http://www.bradlands.com

The gods of Intonation have decided that my karaoke rendition of Pencil-Thin Mustache was too awful to subject the Ears of the Innocent to, thus they rendered my only copy corrupted and stopped letting Prohosting serve the file. But don't despair.. once I retrieve the cassette tape, resample the audio, reencode it into an mp3, and research where I can serve it from, you will once again be able to hear me.

It wasn’t long ago (more like 5 minutes ago) that I was standing in front of a live national TV audience. Of course, I was expecting from the producer that I would have a LIVE NATIONAL INTERVIEW WITH GEORGE STEPHANOPOULOS and get to talk to the nation about my political views regarding the election. Unfortunately, I was shafted, George was shafted, Al Gore was there through the magic of satellite uplinks, and all I got to do was smile awkwardly at the camera.

How can anyone not like Cole Porter or George Gershwin? It scares me to think about it. The songs of that era are cozy.. you can lose yourself inside them. The new death metal craze and the glossiness of the pop scene are so unfriendly and lame and the songs have no personality. I guess the orgasmic screams of women may turn you on, but I'll always be excited by a good Gershwin tune.

A big hearty thanks goes out to Andy Ihnatko who keeps a very interesting and un-Blogged journal on his webpage. I read it often, and it's somehow comforting, in a creepy sort of way.

Hey, this is my very first blogpost. I figure that since I am a very boring person, other boring people might enjoy my exploits and analyses. Maybe, maybe not. But this is awfully cool.
